If you are seeing the above warning message, it is telling you that you need to create an inventory category. Even if you have not purchased, or will not be using the Inventory Module of TPS2000, this warning will keep appearing until a category has been setup.

STEP 1 If you are still in the setup phase, you will have an entry on the Setup Wizard screen for Inventory/Services Categories. Arrow to this line and click on Start Setup.

STEP 2 You will see four buttons on the bottom of this screen, Add a New Entry, Delete an Entry, Exit and Print. Click on Add a New Entry. This will create a blank line at the top of this form.

STEP 3 Fill in the following information - -

Code Sort# Inventory or Service Description Inventory=N, Service=Y

IN 15 Inventory Serv.? N

STEP 4 Click on the X in the upper right hand corner of the screen to close the registry entry.

This will handle that warning message.
