Too old version of MSAGENT for Windows 2000
Go to this page on
the Internet:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/c-frame.htm?/workshop/imedia/agent/default.asp
and Download the
Microsoft Agent core components (395 KB exe) from this link:
http://activex.microsoft.com/activex/controls/agent2/MSagent.exe
Save the file in the
TPS2000 directory and go to the DOS prompt.
Start the AGENT.BAT
file. This will install the up-to-date version of the software on your Windows
2000 computer. Click Yes or OK on the different dialogs.
Then type these
commands at the DOS prompt:

It may not come up
with the warning message "a subdirectory … exists", that's ok.
You may need to
reboot your computer.
New versions of
TPS2000 will automatically provide updated MSAGENT software and will not
require these steps.
Alternatively, you
can ask for a new CD-ROM for TPS2000, but following these steps and downloading
the program is far quicker.
