ANOTHER
BENEFIT BOX “SWAPPED”
If your layout for the HCFA General Red 1.7 format has the boxes for “Is there another benefit?” reversed, you may correct as follows:

Go into the [B]Billing area of TPS2000.
Bring up a carrier bill batch and click once on a patient that uses the
form to be corrected. Now click on the
[Edit] button. This will bring up the
following screen:
Refer to the above illustration to see where these boxes are located. Arrow down to these boxes and click on the first box to select (you will see small dots around the box to indicate it has been selected). Now, use either your mouse, or the arrows on your keyboard to move the box. You want it to be somewhat OVER the other box (see illustration below)

Next, click on the box that is ‘underneath’ and move it to the location that the first box used to occupy. Finally, move the first box ‘up’ to sit in the correct position.
You have just “swapped” the location of the Yes and No boxes. This should now be correct. To save, hold down the CTRL key and press the letter “W”.
