HOW TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR VIEW
OF THE APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER
Every unique log in name may have its own view of the Appointment Scheduler. First, log into TPS2000 with the log in and password you will be using. Next open the Appointment Scheduler.

Because TPS2000 is a Windows® based software, you have the ability to move the columns around, make them bigger or smaller, wide or narrow, etc.
To Make Columns Wider
Using your mouse, ‘grab’ the space or line to the right of the column you want make bigger. Holding down the mouse button, drag the column to the right until it is as large as you wish to see.

To Make Rows Bigger
Using your mouse, ‘grab’ the space or line between the first and second time row on your scheduler. Holding down the mouse button, drag the row down until it is as large as you wish to see.

Change The Order of the Columns
You have the ability to “drag” the columns into the order you wish to see. For example, you may have two clinicians for whom you schedule. Let’s say that on Monday, Wednesday and Friday Jim is on duty. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, Anne is on duty. You could create two log ins. For one login, Jim’s columns will be in the front ready to be used and Anne’s will be toward the back. For the other, these would be reversed.
To move the order of the columns, ‘grab’ to column name with the mouse. Hold down the mouse button and drag the column into the place you wish to see it.
Saving the Custom View of Your Scheduler
Once you have the schedule the way you wish to see it, click on the question mark in the upper right hand corner of the scheduler. This will bring up the following menu:

Select Save Custom Screen Settings. It
will then bring up your login name, click on [SAVE].
Now, whenever you log in with this login name and password, you will see your custom view of the scheduler.
When you print your scheduler (as long as you are using the layout that will accommodate your custom view i.e. only 2-3 columns the default layout, more, the landscape default), it will print in this same manner.
