A full report or letter template would not be part of the
Attorney, Collection, General, Insurance, Medical, or SOAP Notes. It also is a complete template and therefore
would not be part of the Narrative Mix and Match style either, nor is it Photo
identification, so for a full template you would only click on NARRATIVE
LETTERS.
When setting up your letters or report templates, you may
either type in the merge fields yourself or use the [Insert an Element]. If you choose to type in the merge fields
yourself, be sure to place all merge fields into brackets and be sure that they
are all capital letters or exactly as they appear in the lists. (i.e. [PATFIRSTNAME]).

A paragraph selection would probably not be part of the
Attorney, Collection, General, Insurance, or Medical Notes. Nor is it Photo
identification. It could be part of the Narrative Mix and Match style and would
likely be used in the SOAP Notes, so for a paragraph selection you would hold
down the CTRL key and click on NARRATIVE MIX AND MATCH COMPOSITION and S.O.A.P.
Notes.
