No Future Appointment -- This report shows patients who have had an
appointment recently but have not been given a future or follow-up appointment.
You can select patients who had an appointment within a
given date range. The report can be
sorted by Name, City or ZIP code. Click
on No Future Appointment Report then click on Run Report. Select the Sort Order
in which you wish to view this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an
alphabetical listing of your patients.
Click on City to view the report in City alphabetical order or choose
Zip to view in zip code order. Next, select the date range you wish to
view. By choosing a date range, TPS2000
looks at the Last Visit Date of each of your patients. Any patient whose Last Visit Date is within
the date range you specified will appear on the list.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report.
Appointment Reminder Report -- This report shows patients who have an
appointment scheduled during a selected date range. The report can be sorted by Name, City or ZIP
code. Click on Appointment Reminder
Report, then click on Run Report. Select the Sort Order in which you wish to
view this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an alphabetical listing of
your patients. Click on Appointment
Date/Time to view in date order. You may select a business, but if you want to
print this report for all businesses, leave this field blank. Next, select the date range you wish to
view. By choosing a date range, TPS2000
looks for all patients who have appointments within this date range. You may also note if you wish to see ONLY
those patients for whom you have marked as needing a reminder. If this is selected, TPS2000 will only list
those patients whose claim has a check mark in Appointment Reminder.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report.
Daily Messages Report -- This report lists all messages to be printed
within a specific date range. It will
display messages that have been set to appear on today’s date (whether or not
these messages require a response), and it will display any previous messages
that required a response that have not yet been handled. Click on Daily Messages Report then click on
Run Report. You may select a business, but if you want to print this report for
all businesses, leave this field blank.
Next, select the date range you wish to view. By choosing a date range.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report.
