Patient Listing -- This is a report of all of the Patients in
TPS! 2000. It can be printed for all
patients, or selected by their primary doctor.
It can be run alphabetically by Last Name or by Patient Code.
Click on this report and then click on Run
Report. To select a Doctor, use the pull
down menu and click on the Primary Doctor for whom you are processing this
list. To get all patients in your
TPS2000 system, leave the Doctor field blank.
Choose the order in which you want to see this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an
alphabetical listing of your patients.
Click on Patient Number to print this list in Patient Number order.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report. If you wish to send this
report to a file, click on FILE instead of Printer. Choose the format you need for this file
output and type in a file name (including path if you need to send this to a
disk or a different directory other than TPS2000).
Patient Birthday Listing -- This is the Patient's Birthday
Report. It will give you a list of the
patients that have birthdays during a specified time period. It can be printed for all patients, or
selected by their primary doctor. Click on this report and then click on Run
Report. To select a Doctor, use the pull
down menu and click on the Primary Doctor for whom you are processing this
list. To get all patients within the
date range selected regardless of primary doctor, leave the Doctor field
blank. Fill in the date range for the
birthday list. You decide if you want to
run this once a month, every two weeks, etc.
Be sure to make the year on the first date range far enough back to find
ALL of your patients. We suggest you use
1900.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report. If you wish to send this report to a file, click on FILE instead
of Printer. Choose the format you need
for this file output and type in a file name (including path if you need to
send this to a disk or a different directory other than TPS2000).
Patient Birthday Labels -- This is the same as the Patient's Birthday
Report. It will give you labels for all

Patient Referral Listing -- This is a report of all of the Patients in
TPS! 2000 that were referred into the office. It can be printed for all
patients that were referred, or selected by their referral source. Click on
this report and then click on Run Report. To select a Referral Source, use the pull
down menu and click on the Referral Source for whom you are processing this
list. To get all patients that have been
referred into the office regardless of referral source, leave the Referral
Source field blank.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report. If you wish to send this report to a file, click on FILE instead
of Printer. Choose the format you need
for this file output and type in a file name (including path if you need to
send this to a disk or a different directory other than TPS2000).
Patient Recall Listing -- This is a Recall Patient Report. It will give you a list of all of the
patients with a last visit date between the selections you choose. This report can be printed for all patients,
or selected by their primary doctor. It
can be run alphabetically by Last Name or by Patient Code. This report can be used for the purposes of
recalling patients that have not been seen for awhile. Click on this report and
then click on Run Report. To
select a Doctor, use the pull down menu and click on the Primary Doctor for
whom you are processing this list. To
get all patients in your selection, leave the Doctor field blank. Next make the date selection that is needed
for your report. These dates are based
on the Last Visit Date field in the Patient file. Choose the order in which you
want to see this report. Click on
Patient Last Name to get an alphabetical listing of your patients. Click on Patient Number to print this list in
Patient Number order.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
this report. If you wish to send this report to a file, click on FILE instead
of Printer. Choose the format you need
for this file output and type in a file name (including path if you need to
send this to a disk or a different directory other than TPS2000).
Patient Labels -- You can generate mailing labels for your
patients in TPS! 2000. They can be
printed for all patients, or selected patients.
They can be filtered by their primary doctor. They can be run alphabetically by Last Name
or by Patient Code. These labels will
print on tractor labels which measure 3-1/2" x 15/16".Or you may
select the Avery Label style #5180 (3 across format). Click on this report and
then click on Run Report. To
select a Doctor, use the pull down menu and click on the Primary Doctor for whom
you are processing this list. To get all
patients within your TPS2000 system regardless of primary doctor, leave the
Doctor field blank. Choose the order in which you want to see this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an
alphabetical listing of your patients.
Click on Patient Number to print these labels in Patient Number order.
Click on ZIP Code to get these labels in zip code order.
Next, hold down the CTRL key and click on all of the
patients for whom you wish to create a label.
If you want all of the patients in your system, click on the first name
in the list, then click the slide bar on the right to bottom of the list. Now hold down the SHIFT key and click on the
last name in the list. This selects all
the names in the quickest manner possible.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
these labels.
Missing Diagnosis Report -- This report shows patients who do not have
a diagnosis listed in their file. This
report can be sorted alphabetically by last name, numerically by patient number
or alphabetically by the primary carrier name.
The report will only print for patients who do not have "Cash"
as their Primary Insurance carrier. It
will also only print for Active claims. Click on this report and then click on Run
Report. Select the Sort Order in which
you wish to view this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an alphabetical
listing of your patients. Click on
Patient Number to print these labels in Patient Number order. Click on Carrier
Name to list the patients by the carrier in their claim.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
these labels.
Missing Information Report -- This report shows patients that are
missing information which may be needed on an insurance bill. The report shows which fields in checks and
determines if their is information in the field or not. If the field is empty, the report shows
"EMPTY" next to the name of the field. This report can be sorted alphabetically by
last name, numerically by patient number or alphabetically by the primary
carrier name. The report will only print
for patients who do not have "Cash" as their Primary Insurance
carrier. It will also only print for
Active claims. Click on this report and then click on Run Report. Select the Sort Order in which you wish to
view this report. Click on Patient Last Name to get an alphabetical listing of
your patients. Click on Patient Number
to print these labels in Patient Number order. Click on Carrier Name to list
the patients by the carrier in their claim.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
these labels.
Patient Discharge Report -- This report will give you a list of
patients, their diagnoses, referring physician, visit date and discharge date
and a recap of the visits and charges for patients that have been discharged
between the selected date range. You may
also select this report for a specific claim type.
Click on this report and then click on Run
Report. Select a specific claim type if
needed. Now select the discharge date
range for which you are searching.
Now click on Printer. Choose the printer to which you wish to send
these labels.
