Includes basic patient information plus the insurance companies and the diagnosis master file.

Includes everything in the Level II conversion plus any additional data in the Patient, Claim, Insurance and Diagnosis files which may be available and are needed in TPS 2000. It also includes the link between the Patient and their Insurance companies and the link between the Patients and their Diagnosis, if available. Does not include transaction histories.
