CMS 1500 FORM NOW AVAILABLE IN THE PRACTICE SOLUTION™!

EON Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of practice management and billing software for chiropractic and physical therapy practices, announced that with the recent release of EON Systems’ The Practice Solution (TPS) Version 4.5, the new CMS 1500 form is now available. This form is needed to bill Medicare and any other commercial insurance carrier.

TPS Version 4.5 contains 3 different layouts of the form:

     CMS-1500 MEDICARE
     CMS-1500 WC&LI
     CMS-1500 GENERAL
