EON SYSTEMS, INC. RELEASES A NEW TIME-SAVING PHYSICAL THERAPY NOTE FOR DOCUMENTOR™
EON Systems, Inc. is proud to announce the new Physical Therapy Note for Documentor™. Its public début was at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) National event in Boston, MA, June 17. With this new note a PT’s documentation can be done quickly and efficiently so they can get home at night!
The new note has many features to enhance the PT’s documentation. The ability to put data in tables, if so desired, so that the data is more discernable in reports is a feature that PTs will find valuable. The evaluation data can be pulled forward to reports to speed up report writing. For instance the ROM (Range of Motion) data is pulled to the 30 Day Summary, saving time that can be better spent expanding a practice. There is also ease of indicating body part involvement, left or right side and dominant hand.
Another helpful feature is there are items on the documentation that are indicated as required to be mentioned in insurance reports. There is the ability to indicate short and long term goals. The different sections of the document choices are labeled and color coded so the therapist knows where they are in the document at all times.
When used with another component of EON Systems’ Digital Office™, The Practice Solution™, the diagnoses can be pulled into the documentation from the billing software.
