Conversion

To get you up and running faster and save your staff time, let EON Systems do your conversion.

 

A conversion is where your existing patient information is extracted from your current software and converted into our software. As the data is electronically transferred it is less prone to mistakes that can happen with retyping.

 

We can electronically transfer patient data, claim data, insurance company data, and patient diagnosis information directly from your old system into our software. There are several levels of conversion; each higher level converts more data. (Patient transactions do not convert.)

Level I Conversion:

Includes basic patient information only.
(Call for specific information on which fields convert.)

Level II Conversion:

Includes basic patient information plus the insurance companies and the diagnosis master file.
(Call for specific information on which fields convert.)

Level III Conversion:

Includes everything in the Level II conversion plus any additional data in the Patient, Claim, Insurance and Diagnosis files which may be available and are needed in our software. It also includes the link between the patient file and their insurance companies and the link between the patient and their diagnosis, if available. This does not include transaction histories. This is the very best conversion you can buy at a reasonable price!
